Not far from Colthrop Paper Mill is an old and very decrepit pair of semi-detached houses right by the canal. Not much is known about the building’s history at all. All I know is that it was maybe built at the end of the 19th century. The first house is relatively intact with only a few holes in the floor. The second house on the other hand is much worse: the floor has collapsed.
I wouldn’t recommend that anyone visit the second house as it is EXTREMELY dangerous.
UPDATE: this house has now been boarded up with steel sheets so access is now impossible.
NOTE: THIS HOUSE IS EXTREMELY DANGEROUS.
